§1 SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS
1. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability, and stay on the premises of the Resort and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing the registration card, making a reservation, or paying a deposit or the full amount for the stay. By completing these activities, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the terms of the Resort Regulations.
2. The Regulations apply to all Guests staying on the premises of the Centre at Okopowa 56/33, 01-042 Warsaw or in the common areas of this building.
3. The regulations are available in electronic form for viewing at the e-reception ([email protected]), in the apartment, and on the website of the Resort.
§2 HOTEL DAY
1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day.
2. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
3. Guests should notify the e-Reception ([email protected]) as soon as possible to request an extension of their stay. The Resort may not accommodate requests for extensions if all accommodations are occupied or if Guests fail to comply with the applicable regulations.
§3 RESERVATION AND CHECK-IN
1. The Guest must complete and sign the Registration Card to check in. The Resort does not accommodate anonymous guests.
2. The Guest may not transfer the Apartment to any third party, even if the period for which the payment has been made has not expired.
3. Only registered guests are permitted on the Resort's premises. Visiting guests must vacate the Apartment by 10:00 PM.
4. The Resort may refuse to accommodate a Guest who has grossly violated the Regulations, in particular by causing damage to the Resort's property or the property of Guests, personal injury to a Guest, Resort staff, or other residents of the property at Okopowa 56.
5. The payment for the stay is collected no later than on the day of arrival (according to the price list).
6. The resort/tourist tax is not charged in accordance with applicable regulations of the Capital City of Warsaw. If regulations change and new taxes or local fees apply to guests' stays, we will notify you immediately and expect appropriate additional fees. Guests will not be accommodated if they do not pay the additional fees, and the reservation will be canceled. If a resort/tourist tax arises during their stay and they refuse to pay the additional fees, we reserve the right to shorten the stay.
7. A reservation is considered guaranteed if it is made (with a variable prepayment) within two days of the reservation date. Failure to make a prepayment will result in the reservation being canceled.
8. The remaining 50% is due 5 days prior to arrival. Payment for the entire stay completes the reservation.
9. In the event of cancellation of the stay by the Guest, the Resort will not refund the prepayment.
10. In the event of the Guest's cancellation during the stay, the Resort will not refund the stay fee.
§4 SERVICES
1. The Resort is an uncategorized facility, registered as "other hotel facilities" – entry number 6440 with the Warsaw-Wola District Office.
2. Parking on the Resort's premises is subject to a fee (according to the price list) and is only permitted in a designated parking space in the underground garage. Only passenger cars (with a GVM <3.5 tons) not exceeding 2 meters in height, 2.5 meters in width, and 5 meters in length, or a maximum of two motorcycles, are permitted. Parking of disabled vehicles, cars with anything mounted on their towbars or roof, vehicles protruding beyond the boundaries of the parking space, or driving in with a trailer or parking a combination of vehicles is prohibited. Parking of vehicles with LPG systems is also prohibited.
The Resort reserves the right to refuse entry to the Center or to terminate parking services based on complaints from residents or building security.
3. If you have any concerns regarding the quality of service, please report them immediately to the e-Reception ([email protected]), which will allow staff to improve the standard of service provided.
4. Cleaning:
a. Cleaning is provided once per weekly stay,
b. Towels are changed in the apartment once a week,
c. Linen is changed in the apartment once a week.
§5 GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
1. In the event of a lost garage remote control (if issued), the Guest is obligated to pay a fee of PLN 100.00.
2. Children under 12 years of age must remain under the constant supervision of their legal guardians while on the Resort's premises. Legal guardians are financially liable for any damage caused by the children.
3. The Guest is fully financially liable for any damage or destruction to the Resort's equipment and technical devices caused by their fault.
4. For safety reasons, each time a Guest leaves their room, they should close the windows, lock the balcony doors, slide and close the loggia/balcony windows, turn off all kitchen appliances (hob, oven, microwave, toaster), turn off the TV, turn off the radio, turn off the lights, turn off the faucets, turn off the bathroom fan, and lock the door.
5. The Resort has a statutory lien on items brought to the Resort by a Guest in the event of a delay in payment for the stay or failure to pay for services provided.
6. The following is prohibited at the Resort:
a. disturbing the peace, e.g., performing or playing loud music without the consent of the management,
b. the behavior of Guests and persons using the Resort's services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests or residents of the building,
c. behavior generally considered indecent,,
d. using the grill on the balcony or terrace of the room or apartment,
e. parking the vehicle(s) in any other area than designated.
7. In the event of a violation of these Regulations, the Resort may refuse to provide services to the person who violates them. Such person is obligated to immediately comply with the Resort's requests, pay for the services already provided, pay for any damage, and leave the Resort.
§6 LIABILITY OF THE RESORT
1. The Guest is obligated to notify the e-Reception ([email protected]) of any damage immediately after it is discovered.
2. The Resort provides a safe but is not liable for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value.
3. The Resort is not liable for any damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, items left inside, or live animals, regardless of whether these vehicles were parked in a designated area on the property or outside the Resort.
§7 RETURN OF LEFT ITEMS
1. Personal belongings left in the room by a departing Guest will be sent to the address provided by the Guest at their expense.
2. If the Guest does not provide instructions to return the items, the Resort will store these items at the owner's expense for a period of three months, after which the items will become the property of the Resort. Food items will not be stored.
§8 COMPLAINTS
1. Guests have the right to file a complaint if they notice any deficiencies in the quality of the services provided.
2. Please submit all complaints in writing or to [email protected].
3. Complaints should be submitted immediately after noticing any deficiencies in the standard of services provided.
§9 PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING
1. Photographing or filming the interior and surroundings of the facility/area for professional or commercial purposes (including advertising, image shoots, fashion shoots, weddings, television and film productions) requires the Resort's prior written consent in each case..
2. Applications for consent to produce the materials referred to in paragraph 1 must be submitted at least 14 days in advance.
3. The consent referred to in paragraph 1 will be contingent upon obtaining the consent of the Okopowa 56 Housing Community Management Board and upon signing an agreement and paying the appropriate fee.
4. The provisions of paragraphs 1-3 do not apply to taking souvenir photos and amateur recordings for personal use, unless they are used for commercial or commercial purposes.
5. The Resort reserves the right to refuse consent to filming or photography without providing a reason.
6. Persons performing authorized photo or film sessions bear full legal and financial responsibility for any damage to the property of the facility during the production of the material.

The Guest consents to the storage and processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) by Apartament Okopowa 56 for the purposes necessary to complete the Guest's stay at the Resort and to use other services provided by the Resort. The Guest has the right to access and correct their personal data.
